Return Instructions:

To return an item, it must be in its original condition – unused, complete, and clean, preferably in the original packaging. Please also include a copy of the order confirmation or purchase receipt.

➡️ Please do not send items back without prior consultation. Contact us by email first – you will receive complete return instructions there. We cannot process unannounced returns.

After receipt, we will inspect the item for any signs of use, wear, or damage.
The refund will be partial depending on the condition of the item. A full refund (100%) is only given for returns that are completely unused and hygienically flawless.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day you or a person designated by you (e.g., neighbor) receives the item.

Extended Goodwill Policy at Klair

Because customer satisfaction is very important to us, we offer a 30-day return policy.
You can return the item up to 30 days after the order, once the return has been communicated or confirmed through our customer support (Email: info@klair-shop.de).

Consequences of Withdrawal

After your withdrawal, you will receive the corresponding amount back via the original payment method within 30 days. Special services (e.g., express shipping) are excluded.

We may withhold the refund until the item has been received by us.

Important Note on Returns:

The return must be made within 30 days after withdrawal – preferably well packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

🚚 The return shipping costs are borne by the customer – this helps us keep our prices fair and reduce packaging waste.

Please note that the products and/or services offered on this website may be provided by a company based outside the European Union. In this case, exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, especially the reversal within the 14-day withdrawal period, may involve additional organizational or legal hurdles. If the return address is outside Germany or the European Union and the return is not explicitly covered by the seller, the following conditions apply:

• The immediate costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the buyer.
• For returns to third countries, additional costs, especially customs duties, import charges, or taxes, may apply. These are also to be borne by the buyer.

Note on Possible Depreciation:

If the product has been used beyond the usual scope for inspection and shows signs of use, we reserve the right to a partial refund.
